Refund Eligibility

Earn back your full registration fee by completing the challenge perfectly.

  • Zero missed days.
  • All activities must be tracked on Strava (manual entries are not considered for refund).
  • Manual Strava entries are accepted for medal and certificate eligibility only.
  • Illness days or challenge extensions are not accepted in the refund policy.
  • BibEvents verifies your activities before processing the refund.
  • BibEvents' decision on refund eligibility is final.

Illness Policy

Illness days will not count as lost lives, but they must be compensated.

  • For every day missed due to illness, you must complete one additional day of activity at the end of the challenge.
  • If illness lasts more than 3 consecutive days, you must share a medical prescription or proof — your challenge duration will be extended and you must compensate for all missed days.
  • Illness days may preserve medal eligibility but do not qualify for refund eligibility.
  • Illness days must be informed to the admin on the same day.

This ensures fairness while still helping you stay accountable and complete the challenge with integrity.
