Yes. A Strava account is mandatory. All activities are tracked automatically through Strava — no other fitness apps are supported. It's free to create a Strava account.
Each plan includes buffer days (lives) for exactly this reason. Exceeding your buffer days means you can still continue, but you won't be eligible for completion rewards.
No. You can track activities using your phone and sync them to Strava. If you do have a Garmin, Apple Watch, Coros, or Fitbit, it will work seamlessly as long as it syncs to Strava.
Absolutely. This challenge works alongside any training plan. You decide your workouts — we just make sure you stay consistent and show up every day.
You may manually add the activity in Strava. Manual activities count toward challenge completion and medal rewards — but not toward the Perfect Consistency Refund on 50-Day and 100-Day challenges.
Please inform us on the same day. Illness days do not consume buffer days but must be compensated with one extra day per illness day. More than three consecutive illness days require medical proof.
No. Once your challenge starts, it runs continuously until completion. That's the nature of building a streak — the clock keeps ticking.
